NYCC 2023: Super7 Godzilla Figures — Glow, Glow, You Tiny King Of Monsters!

Welcome to the table,

If you missed NYCC this year, there is still time to score some truly epic offerings from the show. Fans of the one true king of monsters, Godzilla, were treated to some really amazing displays ranging from the Monarch: Legacy of Monsters preview of the new show coming to AppleTV+, to the various figures and statues that lined the tables and shelves of the booths on the floor, to the epic NYCC figures that Super7 was showcasing at their booth, The King of Monsters ruled supreme.

And speaking of the Super7 Godzilla figures, check these guys out! This pair of special edition glow-in-the-dark Toho ReAction Figures: Gigan and Godzilla ‘62 were showcased at NYCC and they blew me away!

Gigan’s alien origins are in full effect with this glow-in-the-dark version. This articulated, 3.75” scale Toho ReAction Figure of Gigan not only has glow-in-the-dark plastic but also has some really cool intricate metallic gold paint details.

You can score one for your collection at this link while they still have stock from the show, but act quickly. These guys are going fast.

Next up is the main monster Godzilla! This articulated, 3.75” scale Toho ReAction Figure of Godzilla ‘62 features a glow-in-the-dark body with a light green belly and dorsal spike paint detail that really makes this toy stand out on the shelf.

The glow is so good on this figure and I love the 62′ style sculpt so much. Collectors and people who just like to play with toys are going to be delighted by both of these pocket-sized Kaiju. You can grab yourself a glow-in-the-dark Godzilla at this link.

If you want to grab them both in a set before these NYCC offerings are gone go to this link and add two of the coolest monsters that have come out this year to your collection.

I love it when there are con exclusives but always feel bad when I miss out because I have conflicts or can’t make it to the other side of the country to see or buy something. The fact that these were at the show but are now also available for everyone who shops online in time makes me smile and feels like Super7 is sticking to their values of making things fun for everyone, even those who were unable to make it to NYCC.

Until next time, Godzilla is the King of Monsters… I won’t be taking questions on this.
