Something For The Weekend: Your Regular Dose Of Popular Posts

Another weekend, another selection of popular posts to catch up on. So, let’s get stuck in and see what caught your eye this week?

  1. It’s a list heavy with regular columns, which is always nice to see as these post tend to be the ones our crew put their heart and souls into, such as Koom Kankesan who reported on last weekend’s Toronto Comic Art Festival here and here.
  2. Also making the list was last weekend’s Review Round Up, which you can read here.
  3. Richard Bruton’s Art for Art’s Sake paid tribute to artist John Watkiss here.
  4. The ICE-Cast Live saw myself and co-host Shane Chebsey interview Dr Chris McAuley, Denise Ciencin and Chris Geary all about Dracula The Return – The Cult of the White Worm, currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter here.
  5. Ben Martin looked back at The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III in last week’s Franchise Explosion (Or Implosion) here.
  6. The news that Conan The Barbarian would be moving home to Titan Comics from 2023 was the big news of the week and we brought you the details of this new deal here.
  7. Tito W James interviewed writer/artist Tillie Walden about her new graphic novel set in the world of The Walking Dead, Clementine Book One, here.
  8. Anton Kromoff reviewed new board game The Thing: Infection at Outpost 31 here.
  9. Erik Amaya posted the latest Critiquing Comics podcast here. One of three podcasts we regularly feature here on comicon.com. We like to think we give you that little bit more than other sites, and with two of three making this week’s list, I think you must agree too.
  10. Finally, Frank Martin gave us his thoughts on Stranger Things and the trick of multiple plot lines here.
