Two DC Brands Crossover In ‘Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem In The Multiverse’

It really was only a matter of time before Teen Titans Go! and DC Super Hero Girls crossed paths again. And, according to WarnerMedia Kids & Family, that day is May 24th, when Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse arrives on home video platforms. The film sees the two teams reuniting during Memorial Day weekend to combat Lex Luthor and his unified gang of DC Super-Villains. Using ancient Kryptonian power, Luthor and his Legion of Doom intend to capture all of Earth-39’s Super Heroes. Only the DC Super Hero Girls are left to stop them, so they cross dimensions to rescue their fellow Super Heroes from the Phantom Zone, but a fortuitous wrong turn leads them to Titans Tower.

The cast includes including Kimberly Brooks as Bumblebee, Greg Cipes as Beast Boy, Keith Ferguson as Batman, Will Friedle as Lex Luthor & Aquaman, Grey Griffin as Wonder Woman, Young Diana, & Giganta, Phil LaMarr as TheFlash, Hawkman, & Green Lantern John Stewart, Scott Menville as Robin, Max Mittleman as Superman, Jessica McKenna as Aqualad, Khary Payton as Cyborg, Alexander Polinsky as Control Freak, Missi Pyle as Cythonna & Speaker of Nations, Tara Strong as Raven & Harley Quinn, Nicole Sullivan as Supergirl, Cree Summer as Catwoman & Hippolyta, Fred Tatasciore as Jor El Solomon Grundy, Myrna Velasco as Green Lantern Jessica Cruz, Kari Wahlgren as Star Sapphire & Zatanna, and Hynden Walch as Starfire. The film is directed by Matt Peters (Injustice, Justice League Dark: Apokolips War) and Katie Rice (Animaniacs) from a script by Jase Ricci.

According to producer James Tucker at Monday’s Television Critics Association presentation, the film is completely separate from the upcoming The Flash feature despite both projects addressing the Multiverse. He added that as long they’re true to the characters, DC offers a pretty free hand. “It helps if you’re a big fat hit,” he quipped.

The film hits disc and digital on May 24th. It will also air on Cartoon Network May 28th and makes its way to HBO Max June 28th. Additionally, Teen Titans Go! will continue for an eighth season — hitting its 400th episode!
