Diablo 2: Resurrected Fans Demand Refunds Over the Game's Constant Server Issues

Blizzard Entertainment acknowledged the server issues in a recent blog post, indicating that these issues are not being caused by a single problem, but by many, which is the reason it has taken so long to fix.

I convinced my partner to #RefundD2R too. She was super enjoying this as it's literally the game she's been looking for and never got to play it as a kid. Still not able to play it so @NintendoAmerica is initiating a refund for this game that's clearly not ready

Fans are losing faith in the company.

#RefundD2R I only logged once and they refused the refund because the game was consumed. Such a bad customer service. This was my last game from #Blizzard.
